These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Engraving Art Studio (the “Service”) operated by Ricky Laser Art (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Engraving Art Studio is an AI-assisted web tool that converts user-supplied photographs into vector line art (SVG, PNG, DXF) intended for laser engraving and CNC use. Output quality depends on input quality and AI model behaviour and is provided on an “as is” basis.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We use Google Sign-In for authentication; by signing in you authorise us to receive your Google email, display name, and profile picture.
The Service offers a free preview (1 lifetime conversion) and paid plans listed on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed via our payment partner (Paddle / Stripe). By purchasing a plan you authorise the payment partner to charge your selected payment method.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You retain ownership of your input photographs and of the line-art outputs you generate. We retain all rights to the Service itself, including its software, design, models, and brand. Subject to your plan’s license (personal vs. commercial), you may use generated outputs for the use cases permitted by that plan.
The Free Preview and one-time Starter Pack are for personal, non-commercial use. Commercial use (including resale of engraved goods) requires the Professional or Business Owner plan. A commercial use license is included with those plans for the duration of an active subscription.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service depends on third-party providers (Google Cloud, Gemini API) and may be temporarily affected by their outages or rate limits.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
You may cancel your account at any time from your settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. Upon termination, unused subscription credits are forfeited; one-time credits remain until used.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the operator’s registered location, unless mandatory local consumer protection laws of your country of residence require otherwise.
