We want you to be happy with Engraving Art Studio. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one. By purchasing a plan you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms of Service.
You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase of any paid plan, provided you have not used more than 1 conversion from that plan. To request a refund, email contact@rickylaserart.com from the email address used to make the purchase, with your transaction reference. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.
Monthly subscriptions auto-renew. You can cancel from your dashboard or by contacting us at any time before the next renewal to avoid being charged again. Renewal charges are not refundable if cancellation is requested after the renewal date, but you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
One-time credit packs are not refundable once any credit from the pack has been used (a “use” means a successful Stage 4 export). Unused credits remain available indefinitely.
If a technical failure prevents you from using a credit you have already paid for, we will either refund that credit or restore it to your account at our discretion. Contact us with your job ID and a description of the issue.
Please contact us first — we will almost always resolve issues quickly. If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting support, we may suspend your account pending investigation.
The free preview conversion has no monetary value and is not refundable.
